The food was inventive, tasty and not your usual selection of French classics. The atmosphere is relaxed and convivial. I did feel, however, that we were treated with less attention than the French guests.
Cervelle, pastrami, pâté en croûte, ris de veau, poitrine de cochon, assiette de fromage, mousse au chocolat : à 4 convives exigeants, nous avons fait un bon tour des propositions du jour et avons été conquis par chaque plat. Et le Saint-Joseph blanc vaut le détour. Café excellent. Un sans-faute, avec un patron qui sait recevoir et s’occuper des clients sans s’imposer.
