La.cuisine est vraiment délicieuse, recherchée et en évolution constante. Les vins sont biens choisis et l'équipe très sympa.
Je me rend fréquemment dans ce restaurant et ne suis jamais déçu.
Comme mentionné par d'autres, le rapport qualité-prix du menu midi est imbattable (entrée-plat-dessert à 22€). La.carte est top aussi avec les spécialités de pastrami de langue de boeuf (médaillée ds un concours tripier), cervelle pochée ris de veau. Le riz au lait est également une tuerie.
The food was unique and yet quintessentially French. The innovativeness of the menu, which rotates, and the large wine selection to pair was lovely. Must try the pastramid tongue! Wow wow wow! The food was completely delicious. Thanks for having us!
I've been to this place everytime in Paris, 10 years ago the first time (during the terrorattack). We fall in love with it due to the owner, service food and wine. This time it was really good again, friendly and vibrant. However, this time the service was a bit all over the place and a bit too stressful. A rekommendation would be to fix the logistics, maybe someone that's in charge?
Anyway, we will be back!
