Le bistrot QUEDUBON a vu le jour en 2007 sous l'égide de Gilles Bénard avec l'aide de ses 2 fils en cuisine.
En 2018, le bistrot change de main, Marc-Antoine SURAND reprend l'adresse et poursuit son histoire avec le chef Ollie CLARKE.
Depuis, le bistrot QUEDUBON défend une cuisine de bistrot libre et gourmande, construite autour des produits bistrotiers et tripiers.
On y vient autant pour bien manger que pour retrouver l'esprit chaleureux d'un vrai bistrot parisien !
